On Sunday, October 1st, 2017, Spotswood DECA held its first color run benefiting the American Liver Foundation.  Over 100 participants ran and walked the SHS soccer field, becoming human rainbows in the process.  Food, a DJ, raffles, and a photo booth were also part of this fun filled day, which raised over $2000 for the organization.  Seniors Kimmy Loureiro and Liz LoBiondo lead this extremely successful event, and will present this as part of their Community Service Project at DECA state (and hopefully national) competition.

For more information about the event, please see the recent article written by Dawn Miller.
